Either of these methods will prompt you for a Collection Short Name, a Collection Long Name, and a Description. The short name will appear in the upper black selection bar so you do want to keep this name short. The long name will appear on reports. Save the new collection. You may access and move between these buttons in any order. If a field is grey, that implies it is pulling information from another screen and you will have to go to the primary button to enter that data. The active button will be orange. If the Title button is red, it indicates the registration is expired.
